ARC Group

ARC Group, a well-known consulting firm based in Qatar, has introduced a new agency concept to real estate that will change the way property rentals usually operate in the Middle East. Their innovative Economies of Scale Rebate concept allows for no application or up-front fees to landlords and tenants, thus ensuring future rent savings to the members of the ARC Group Real Estate Family.

Task

We were commissioned to develop an exhaustive brand strategy for ARC Group's cutting-edge real estate service. The aim was to create a unified brand identity that elaborates their innovative approaches and connects with the target audience while differentiating themselves in the crowded Qatari real estate market.

Challenges & Solutions

To effectively communicate the unique value of Economies of Scale Rebate model to the diverse audience.

We produced simple, jargon-free messages, and accompanied them with pictorial representation that clearly illustrate the advantages of the model; thus, it would be easily understood by landlords and tenants alike.

Trying to build a brand identity that rebukes a crowded internet market.

 Through many rounds of market research and creative design, we created a brand that provides a vibrant personality establishing calls in-line with ARC Group’s vision and commitment to integrity.

Outcome

Branding initiatives not only positioned ARC Group’s real estate services as an innovative and customer-centric choice in Qatar’s property market, but it’s unified brand identity and concise communication-built recognition and trust among clients. Therefore, it lead to high engagement and an active community on their real estate platform.
